How You Will Learn
Engage with Expert Content
Short, practice‑focused lessons and templates based on the Google Project Management Certificate. Learn the essentials — project lifecycle, scope, stakeholders, Agile vs Waterfall, planning and risks — with tasks that directly support your final project.
Real-World Projects, Team-Based Learning
Apply each module to a real digital project you build throughout the course. Create key artifacts like the charter, WBS, timeline, risk plan, backlog and user stories. Work in teams using Jira, mirroring how modern digital and product teams operate.
Weekly Mentoring Sessions
Meet weekly with an experienced mentor to review your work, solve challenges and sharpen your project thinking. Get focused feedback on your artifacts, Jira setup and communication so you progress with confidence.
Immediate Experience
From the first weeks, you’ll work hands‑on in Jira — boards, workflows, tasks, epics and sprints. Use AI responsibly to support selected tasks while learning to validate outputs. By the end, you’ll have a complete project portfolio ready for digital and cross‑functional roles.

According to European market data, Digital Project Managers typically earn 3000–5500 € gross per month, depending on experience. Junior roles usually start around 2500–3500 €, while mid‑level PMs earn 4500–5500 € and above.
This program is suitable for anyone interested in transitioning into project management, including people from marketing, design, IT, operations, HR, analytics or business roles. No previous experience with Jira, Agile or AI is required, and a technical background is not necessary. The program is designed to support both beginners and career‑changers.
Digital project management is a rapidly growing field with strong demand across technology companies, public services, healthcare, education, logistics and digital agencies. The role offers stable career prospects, competitive salaries, remote‑friendly work options and a clear professional growth path from coordinator to senior project manager or PMO specialist.
The curriculum is built on the Google Project Management Certificate and expanded with real‑world project work, hands‑on Jira practice, Agile methods and responsible AI use. The program includes weekly mentor‑led sessions, structured feedback and industry‑aligned content. It follows ESSA Blue Tier quality standards and results in a portfolio that employers recognise and value.
A typical workday involves planning and tracking tasks in Jira, managing backlogs and user stories, coordinating with cross‑functional teams, running Agile ceremonies, monitoring risks and dependencies and preparing reports or summaries. Many of these activities can be supported with AI tools, especially for communication and documentation.
The program lasts four months and combines self‑paced online learning with weekly live webinars. Live sessions take place on Thursdays from 17:00 to 18:30. All learning materials are available online, and the program uses Zoom, Slack and Jira as its main platforms.
We offer the flexibility to pay in installments, up to 3 months without any additional fees, and up to 12 months with added interest. Our financial partner is InBank. We also have a single fixed fee option available.
Our courses are tailored for working adults. Mentor workshops will occur at the same time each week.
By the end of the program, learners complete a full project portfolio that includes a project charter, WBS, timeline, risk plan, backlog, Jira board, sprint plan and final presentation. Graduates gain practical experience with Jira, Agile methods and responsible AI use, and they are prepared to apply for junior project manager, project coordinator or project support roles.
Unfortunately, it is not possible to finish the program quicker as the program is structured to provide the most effective experience.
We strongly encourage you to participate in at least 80% of all team meetings and workshops with mentors, as this is necessary to receive your certificate. Participation in team meetings and workshops is important because during the study you will gain practical experience that cannot be obtained individually. This experience is also essential for your future position.
